Refund policy

Need to return an item? No problem. If you need to return or exchange anything simply fill out the 'contact us' section in the menu above and we will inform you of the returns address. Once received we will either issue a refund or exchange, whichever you'd prefer.

 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Returns from orders made after 28/11/2024 will be accepted up until 08/01/2025, which means you have until 23:59 on 08/01/2025 to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received them. All our packaging can be reused so please feel free to use it to send it back to us. Please note we do not cover return delivery costs, however we will not charge you for sending the item back to you if it is an exchange.

Normal Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All our packaging can be reused so please feel free to use it to send it back to us. Please note we do not cover return delivery costs, however we will not charge you for sending the item back to you if it is an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you would like to request a return please ensure you let us know in your initial message including the item, what size you want and the address you would like us to send it to.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
